• As part of the purchase process, a client service specialist will contact you to confirm the shipping address and gift card amount.

• Gift Cards ship after confirmation is received and typically arrive within 5 business days of confirmation. We are sorry but we cannot ship Gift Cards until after confirmation is received.

• The value on gift cards cannot be returned, redeemed for cash, or applied to the balance of an Ethan Allen Platinum Card. 
• The gift card value will not be replaced or replenished if card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
• Gift Card value is in US Dollars and does not expire.
• Gift Cards may be redeemed for goods and services at participating U.S. Ethan Allen store locations and at ethanallen.com.
