My designer Janine was excellent. The bill however was very difficult to understand. I called for clarification and the staff was helpful but I wish the bill did not need explanation. The furniture is nice and so was the service by Elite.

My designer is the best! My home gets the benefit of her unique ideas. My only complaint is that some items go in back order and take forever to receive. A large order comes in waves. Very hard for a designer to finish in total with the delivery process. Yes, the quality is good, but I wonder what takes so long since most of your manufacturing is done in North America.

I could not be happier with my new Ethan Allen Anderson Chesterfield sofa. It is perfect in every way. The moss green velvet and pewter nailhead accents give it a unique and personalized look.
