Experience in store was great. I would give them a five if it wasn’t for their TD financing. We used a 36 month no fee promotion. Getting the credit was difficult website and phone call didn’t work. Getting a hold of their customer service is also difficult. I have been using my bank to send out my bills for years now never had a late fee. Ethan Allen has long been a favorite place for us to furniture shop for quality pieces. We needed a sofa and two chairs recently and felt we should at least look at several places to compare but we were right, none of the others could compare with quality, selection and service that we find at Ethan Allen.
