Tad was great! He truly took an interest to provide an excellent customer experience. He went far and beyond to make sure our purchase was the right size, color and fabric. He was responsive, professional and patient.

We have been so pleased with the quality, turnaround and expert advice that Ethan Allen and our designer has provided. I still have EA furniture that my mother purchased when I was young. It is nice to see that the brand has maintained its quality over the years.
