Store associates were helpful and insightful —pleasant experience overall. Delivery was as expected. Our swivel chair is comfortable and well made. That said, there may be an issue with the fabric fraying/pilling after one week of usage. Time will tell if and how this continues!?

We were looking for a peice of furniture and the whole experience at Ethan Allen was wonderful! We had Beth as our designer that helped us and she was fabulous. The peice of furniture is beautiful and very well made. It was more expensive than others that we looked at but it's exactly what we wanted.
