Fantastic customer service! I ordered replacement cushion inserts for two Ethan Allen living room chairs originally purchased 10 years ago. Ammal was great about reaching out and updating me on the order. The chairs are still awesome and the new inserts make them feel like new.

Worked with Ethan Allen for several pieces in our home. They have beautiful furniture and good in home help for their customers. We had an issue with one piece of furniture that took a year to resolve, I had to keep following up on it as no one was keeping track of it on their end. Once it got to the right person it was resolved professionally and quickly.
