We bought a chair and matching otter man in an off white color. The chair arrived with a small black mark. Ethan Allen had someone here in under a week to remove the spot. The chair looks and is perfect.

Exceptionally satisfied with the sales staff , management with there all around professionalism. I highly recommend all my friends who are looking for quality furniture.
