Joel Ratliff

Joel joined Ethan Allen’s Charlotte interior design team with more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial design. Previously, he owned his own interior design firm in Lexington, KY, and worked for design firms in Houston, TX.

Joel’s specialty is cohesive design, where furniture, soft goods, and accessories coordinate to create a unified living space. In his design business, he worked closely with an on-site drapery and custom soft goods workroom. This experience gave him in-depth knowledge of fabrics, drapery construction, and upholstery.
