Jennifer Hodges

Jennifer began her career by designing, building, staging, and flipping homes, initially in Northern Virginia and now here in the Lowcountry. She earned her Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science, and interior design degrees from Southern Methodist University, the University of Oklahoma, and the University of Northern Virginia, respectively. Her design work has earned numerous awards, including the Hilton Head Area HBA 2017 LightHouse Award, First Place Overall and First Place Kitchen for her second “new build” project in the Lowcountry.

Creating timeless designs that reflect each client’s tastes and lifestyle is truly Jennifer’s passion. She provides full-service design, from space planning, furniture and fabric selection, and window treatment design to placement of area rugs, lighting, fine art, and accessories. An innovative, energetic artist who thinks out of the box, Jennifer guides clients thoughtfully through their home investment. In recognition of her success as a design consultant, Jennifer was honored with the Platinum Spirit Award in 2022 and the Diamond Spirit Award in 2021.
