Deborah Harle

Deborah studied interior design as a postgraduate student at Rhode Island School of Design. Before joining Ethan Allen in 2017, she owned a marketing and design consultancy that specialized in residential and hospitality design for anything from multimillion dollar homes to restaurants seating 200+ guests and everything in between.

Deborah’s first career was in advertising, and she worked at several renowned New York ad agencies for leading brands across the globe. Her combined experiences influence both her design aesthetic and her processes. Although recognized for design excellence, Deborah’s greatest strength is her ability to listen: “Listening is what transforms good design into great design. It’s what makes a client’s space their own.”
