Chris Harlow

Chris was raised in Michigan, but Dallas was where her thirty-year career in fashion, French antiques, and interior design began. In 2018, she moved to the Sarasota area, bringing her design talent and experience to Ethan Allen.

Chris has a strong eye for detail and works to deliver fantastic design solutions to every client. She applies her design skill to creatively solve problems, mixing the old with the new—from treasured antiques to stunning new furniture—to make houses feel like home.

House calls are key to a well-prepared final design solution which will encompass floor plans, fabric selection, paint, lighting, accessories and window treatments. According to Chris, “Accessories in the room are like pearls to the little black dress.”
