Laura Mitchell

Laura earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, East Bay, then attended The Interior Design Institute, where she received a diploma in interior design. From there, she grew her own business by concentrating on full remodels and flips all over the states of California and Nevada.

Her primary focus is to truly get to know each client and understand their lifestyle, so she can design each space to suit their every need. She feels a living space design ought to be versatile—able to change with the seasons and clients’ life stages—while keeping those timeless base pieces in place.

Laura began her career in interior design at Ethan Allen back in 2004 at the Design Center in Reno, Nevada, and has since won a Gold Spirit Award from the company. Now, she joins the Ethan Allen Design Center in Boise, a city which she has decided to make her permanent home!
