Lauren H. Carter

Lauren H. Carter brings over 20 years of hands-on art, design, and business management experience to her role as Design Consultant at the Bell's Ethan Allen.

As a designer, Lauren believes a space should provide the right balance of form and function, led by the client's style, wants and needs. Beauty, serenity and comfort are her goals when designing, such that in any type of home or environment you can be assured that you will enjoy the finished product harmoniously.

She has worked in the fine art materials, arts administration, and education industry extensively. She is also a fine artist, painting primarily with watercolor. She learned space planning and design intuitively in an architecture and design focused home environment since her youth. She is thrilled to be able to provide full-service design at Ethan Allen, and looks forward to working on projects both large and small.
